Get up and running
Need some quick tips on getting up and running with AI Smart Scheduler? If you’re a Scale users, here’s what you need to know:
Within the Schedule tab, click the new AI smart assign option under the project you’d like to allocate time for (you’ll notice the shiny and new AI sparkles to point you in the right direction).
Once TeamworkAI has worked its magic, you’ll be presented with the best options for people on your team who are a good match for the project, based on their role and availability.
From there, simply confirm you want to transfer all allocations from the project to your teammate of choice. After confirming, the allocations will be assigned to the selected person.
You can also generate tasks with TeamworkAI for specific allocations, with the ability to add and edit as needed before confirming.
